Hi, I’m Lara

Many of my clients have been surprised when they meet me for an initial session – especially if they were referred by a friend who told them they had to see this amazing “Energy Healer.” Funny, but true. One client said they were relieved to see I was wearing Lululemon and not a flowing moo-moo in our first meeting!
I prefer calling myself an Energy Effect Coach – this is because I can help you be at your best energy effect. During one session, we can coach your energy to move to different places in your body (like from tight muscles to weak muscles), to fuel different emotional reactions to stress, or to motivate different actions in your life. The goal is to get your body’s energy, your intentions, and your actions into alignment, all supporting the same desired effect.
Studying the same techniques that helped me overcome sciatica, chronic fatigue, and emotional limitations over the last 15 years, I have become an expert in Eastern Healing and Western Exercise Science. You can benefit from the fusion of both the Eastern and Western Techniques I have studied with exercises that can help balance your body, energy, and mindset. I take pride in having a no BS, results-oriented approach to my work. I was led to study these modalities because they worked.

From overworked entrepreneurs and CEOs to veterans struggling to re-acclimate to civilian life, it’s rewarding to help clients overcome their limitations and be at their best energy effect. You can get more done with less energy when your body, energy, and mindset are working together verses against one another.

My Central Park Energy Center is located at Columbus Circle; my work has been featured in The Daily News, Huffington Post, Mind Body Green, Elle as well as on Fox News, NY1 and the CW11’s Morning Show.

I hold advanced certifications from American Council on Exercise, National Academy of Sports Medicine, Muscle Activation Techniques, and Eden Energy Medicine, and I have studied MAT Pilates, Psych-K, Emotional Freedom Technique, and The Egoscue Method.
