Energy Hack!

With Daylight Savings, we are gaining more light, yay!

But, we lost an hour of sleep 🙁
 
I certainly had trouble waking up yesterday, so – to make getting up an hour earlier this Monday morning a little easier for us all, I created the exercise below.
 
This quick and easy exercise is designed to help you boost your energy and synchronize your body with the current time.  So – download it and save it for when you travel to new times zones, or for when you just need a little more energy to get you going in the morning!
 
Do it between 7:00 – 9:00 a.m. to boost your energy and to help you feel your best self!
